As a performance consultant she utilizes her extensive business background and affiliate partnerships to help organizations optimize sales and change leadership performance. Arlene has worked with a broad range of companies in the oil and gas, aerospace, utilities, telecommunications, financial and health industries.
She has advised multiple Fortune 500 clients such as Arco Pipeline in Indonesia, American Express in Mexico, Hewlett-Packard in Hong Kong, Bombardier Aerospace, Koch Chemical Group, Lockheed Martin and numerous other industry leaders. Arlene also has enjoyed working with Southern Methodist University, Hofstra University and others.
Arlene is presently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning for USNC-UN Women, Dallas Chapter, and has previously served as board executive for the Dallas Chapter of the United Nations Association, and the Sales and Marketing Executives Association. She holds certifications from Miller Heiman, Vantage Partners of the Harvard Negotiation Project, the Conflict Resolution Network of Australia and others. She also serves as president-elect for a community symphony orchestra and is involved with various non-profit organizations.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading and time spent with friends and family.
